  First of all we came from Hialeah to this chilis because I have always liked their service, but this time I was very disappointed with the service. The appetizers got to the table later after the meal and forgot that we ordered to different appetizers. There was drinks missing from the table that we ordered. When everyone's food got there, they forgot the mash potatoes and we reminded the waitress right away and got it once we finished our meals. The utensils were missing the straws. Waited for the manager to pass by and he didn't even come to our table to ask to see if everything was okay. Overall service was disappointing.

  I like the chips salsa and sour creme it's a place to like the name said she chill the servers are nice
