  My 5 year old loves this place for the games. I just wish the pizza and customer service was better. When I told the manager, Jose, nicely that the pizza crust was not crispy as usual, in fact it was worse than cardboard. It was like rubber. Very difficult to chew. he just said "sorry, we'll make it better next time". You're a manager. I'm a long time customer who spends alot of money here. You're supposed to make it right...today. Offer to make another one. A better tasting one. For goodness sake give us a free dessert, tokens, something. Nothing. Barely got a smile. This type of service is expected here. But not from a manager. I will be looking at alternate arcades for next time.
