Staff is not rude, the customers are! I witnessed this on a couple of occasions especially to latin and black employees. Kudos to them for maintaining their professionalism!! I wad shocked on how those customers can be so disrespectful. I at one time had to intervene which the lady was suprised. She took her order, paid, and sat down. I would be embarrassed, but it must be the norm for her to be rude to people. The service and food are always exceptional! Keep up the good work. I am sure majority of customers say the same.June 11, 2016
