  The server was sweaty first and foremost. Who wants to see that when ordering food and who wants a sweaty person anywhere near their food. I like my food room temperature and this food was sent back for being cold. The silverware was dirty. The fried mushrooms were old, and 3 servers (other than ours) agreed. After sending food back and requesting condiments or items, servers never returned until we requested a manager. 2 stars only because manager cancelled most of our bill.

  The service here was absolutely terrible. The waiter had no clue what he was doing, screwed up everything possible from the appetizer, to the side dishes, and even the check. I can see why the restaurant is so dead, because the service is so lousy. I definitely will not be coming back to this location again. Outback, I love your restaurants, but this time you disappointed me.

  Blooming onion burnt. Steak not that great. Bartender handed my friend her glass and broke it and it spilled everywhere. Didn't even bother offering a drunk on the house.
