  Eliena should be fired as she can not understand how to work her register or charge properly. Very very poor establishment with ants on every counter and flies in sauces.

  Whoever is in charge of inventory of this place needs to find another job seriously... Went here 3 days ago no rice. I come back today they have only tropichops. If only it were possible to give it 0 stars I would. Never going back to this one.

  Half filled Tropichop. Check.
  Unchopped chicken in the Tropichop. Check.
  3 failed attempts getting HOT sauce. Check.
  No spoon, fork, napkins in bag. Check.
  Soggy chicken quesadilla wrap. Check.
  Cold soup. Check.
  No straw. Check.
  
  I'd say this pollo has done a fantastic job at being the worst. Unbelievable. Nothing worse than starving and quenching a crave with sh*tty ass food. Well done.
  
  To think that some of you want minimum wage at $15. HA!
  
  Go to Pollo in Miami Lakes. Much better.
